Monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules (PVМ) are intended for conversion of direct solar radiation with the power from 500 W/m2 to direct current. Round or square silicon solar cells are placed on a glass substrate with the thickness of 4 mm. The glass is located in an aluminum frame.
