FERRITE DOMEN CO.'s microwave products while being addressed to land, sea, air and space systems of military and commercial, scientific and industrial applications play the same role and solve the same tasks as the counterparts manufactured in the USA, Western Europe, and Japan. Some of the most notable achievements of FERRITE DOMEN in development of microwave ferrite devices are:

microstrip designs for frequencies up to 100 GHz;
devices based on overmoded waveguides for frequencies up to 300 GHz (there are already prototypes exist for 600 GHz and working concepts of designs for the use at about 1 THz);
super-high power devices for 8 mm wavelength - for tens kW of average power and hundreds kW of pulse power;
ferrite phase shifters and modulators with electric control - for frequency of 170 GHz;
isolators and circulators for the base stations of cellular/mobile phone (NMT-450, AMPS, GSM, PCS, PCN, DECT, etc.) and other wireless telecommunication systems (Point-to-point, radiorelay, satellite, intercomputer, etc.).

On the long-term plans, FERRITE DOMEN pursues development and supply of microwave ferrite systems based on its current product line of discrete components/devices distributed worldwide. It goes about:

measuring systems checking humidity of various free-flowing bulk materials;
contactless systems for measuring electric current in power transmission lines;
microwave heating and drying systems for production of broad-sized paper bands, building materials, plywood, etc.;
compact millimeter wave systems with ferrite lens antenna for anticollision vehicle radars;
radars for contactless measurement of distance to surface of liquids in large tanks of valuable products or liquid wastes and/or sewage waters in communal storage pits.
