AOL-1 Laser therapy unit for general ophthalmology

The apparatus is designed for use in treatment of corneal and retinal diseases with low-intensity radiation of He-Ne laser which:

	stimulates proliferative and reparative processes in cornea and normal biological processes in retina;
	eliminates pain syndrome, relieves inflammation, accelerates epithealization;
	promotes rehabilitation of sensitivity and transparency of cornea, improves visual functions and reduces probability of complications.

Clinical trials and medical practice proved high efficiency of the apparatus in treatment of myopia; wounds, burns, erosions and ulcers of cornea; epithelial and endothelial dystrophies; dry form of maculodystrophy, amblyopia, stye; corneal diseases caused by disorders in blood supply, and also in acceleration of healing after cornea transplantation operation.

The apparatus is developed in co-operation with Moscow Center for Eye Microsurgery.
