COLD ROLLED TUBE MILLS

The  JSC EZTM is a designer  and supplier of the cold rolling tube mills of PILGER TYPES. The company delivers specialized cold rolling mills for production of tube of diameter from 6- 450mm of different grades of steels as well as of alloys based on titanium, copper or aluminum.
To roll tubes of difficult to deformed material it is recommended to use the specialized cold rolling tube mills with side or butt charging of an interrupt operation i.e the mills operating with stoppage for charging the next shell into rolling line.
The whole type sizes of mills are completed from machines of the same type.
The working stand has been made with stationery forced housing ad a movable cassette with support and work rolls with ring dies.
The stand displacement drive is a planetary crank with a centrifugal balancing of inertia loads. Turn and feed mechanism is with a planetary crank converter of continuous rotation to interrupt one with stepwise changing a feed value. A bar vice, an outlet and intermediate vices have been made with individual converter of a turn. Cutting devices providing tubes cutting in the mill line at rolling process completes the mills.
For rolling tubes of plastic light deformed material as well as for rolling the thin walled and especially thin walled tube of high strength material it is recommended to use the cold rolling tube mills of the sigle strand and two strand design of continuous action i.e. operating without stoppages for charging the next shell into a rolling line.

At the customer request the mill can be supplied in one of three alternatives:
a.       with a roll
b.      roller
c.       roll and roller working stand

The mills are manufactured for the shells up to 5,8,10,12,15 M  with a table for finished tubes in cuts or with coiling in to coils.

Using the specialized cold rolling mills of the EZTM , design of the mill provides:
1.      High accuracy of geometrical dimension of rolled tubes at minimum operating expenditure due to technology based on using the rolling methods with double turn and rolling without deformation at reverse strokes in connection with increased rigid of a working stand and stable feed independent from speed and forces of rolling.
2.      Minimum energy consumption at the cold rolled tube production because of using  balancing inertia loads in a drive for stand displacement in connection with high maneuverable circuit for a drive control.
3.      Minimum expenditure  in shop building and equipment installation due to optimum arrangement of equipment and designing machine  with minimum depth of the foundation .
4.      Increased average monthly and yearly output as a result of time reduction to finish auxiliary work and repair and maintenance.
